Summer in Vegas

Ya, it's hot.  Poor John, he has been on days for the last month wearing all that gear standing out on the hot asphalt.  He comes home so miserable every day I feel bad for just hanging out in the air conditioned world all day.  He moves to graves next week so it should be a little cooler.  I am trying to get lots of day activities lined up for Addison so that we can be out during the day while John sleeps.  The apartment is tiny and Addison isn't particularly quiet so we have to get out during the day.  There is a lot of fun stuff to do here so that is fortunate.  I'm used to spending summer at the park and outside, but that is too miserable here.  I'm looking forward to fall, there are so many great parks around here to explore.

John's family is coming down next week for a few days.  They are staying at Excalibur and Addison is excited to hang out at the castle with her cousins.  When we go by on the freeway that is by far her favorite building to find.
